The Process…

Associate

  1. Perform detailed cleaning duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, dusting, surface disinfecting, and window cleaning to consistently uphold facility cleanliness standards.

  2. Adhere to the specific techniques, equipment, and safety protocols required by your assigned team specialty.

  3. Use, maintain, and store all chemicals, tools, and equipment responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

  4. Cooperate with the Team Lead during routine walkthroughs, address any identified deficiencies promptly, and apply corrective feedback to continuously improve work quality.

  5. Typical time expected in this role before promoted to a Quality Inspector: 2 Years

Quality Inspector

  1. Perform detailed cleaning duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, dusting, surface disinfecting, and window cleaning to consistently uphold facility cleanliness standards.

  2. Adhere to the specific techniques, equipment, and safety protocols required by your assigned team specialty.

  3. Use, maintain, and store all chemicals, tools, and equipment responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

  4. Perform routine and spot-check inspections of assigned areas, identifying cleanliness deficiencies, maintenance needs, or safety hazards, and report findings promptly to the Team Lead.

  5. Keep detailed records of daily cleaning activities, supply usage, and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency and support Team Lead decision-making.

  6. Serve as a frontline resource for Associates by offering real-time guidance when work falls short of program standards, reinforcing proper techniques and quality expectations.

  7. Complete a minimum of 4 hours of continuing education per year and maintain all required certifications, staying current with best practices, chemical safety, and regulatory updates.

  8. Typical time expected in this role before promoted to a Team Lead: 2 Years

Team Lead

  1. Directly oversee a team of 3–4 Associates and 1 Quality Inspector, providing day-to-day guidance, on-the-job training, and constructive feedback to support their growth through the program.

  2. Delegate cleaning assignments and schedules across the team, ensuring all areas are covered efficiently and that workloads are balanced based on skill level and priority.

  3. Ensure all team members consistently follow proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling protocols, and safety regulations in compliance with OSHA and facility-specific guidelines.

  4. Partner with the Quality Inspector to perform routine inspections of completed work, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective action to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

  5. Track and document team productivity, attendance, and individual apprentice development, reporting key metrics to program administrators and flagging any personnel or operational concerns in a timely manner.

  6. Complete a minimum of 4 hours of continuing education per year and maintain all required certifications, staying current with best practices, chemical safety, and regulatory updates.

  7. Must be able to complete 4 hours of leadership training per year
